HopGuard Recieves Section 18 Emergency Exemption in Maine

Maine State Apiarist Tony Jadczak reports that he received word of EPA approval today for a "Section 18 Emergency Exemption" in Maine for the use of HopGuard. He notes that only 3 applications are allowed for the remainder of 2012, not 6 per the following paragraph.
